Meet the Team →We work on a contingency fee basis — meaning you pay nothing unless we win your case. There are no upfront costs and no hourly fees. Our payment comes as a percentage of the settlement or judgment we recover for you.
Minnesota law requires your own insurance to pay for initial medical bills and wage loss regardless of who caused the accident. This is called Personal Injury Protection (PIP).
You should consider hiring an attorney as soon as possible after a serious injury. Early involvement allows us to preserve evidence, communicate with insurers on your behalf, and ensure your rights are protected from the start.
Minnesota follows a "comparative fault" system. You can still recover compensation even if you were partially at fault, as long as you were less than 50% responsible. Your recovery is reduced by your percentage of fault.
In most personal injury cases, Minnesota's statute of limitations is six years from the date of the injury. However, exceptions apply in certain cases (e.g., claims against government entities have much shorter deadlines). Contact us promptly to protect your rights.

by a faulty product, the loss of a loved one to wrongful death — and I get to make a real difference in their lives. I can't think of a more rewarding career.
No one calls us when they're having a great day. They call when they need help, and we're happy to oblige.
My favorite part of this work, by far, is building relationships with clients. As a personal injury attorney, I get to work with people from every walk of life — from the less fortunate to CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. Wherever they come from and whatever brings them to my door, it's a pleasure to get to know them and see how I can make their lives a little easier.
Sometimes clients need an experienced litigator to represent them in court. Sometimes they simply need to be heard by the opposing side. What makes our team unique is that we aren't afraid to dig into the story behind the accident. We want to know what will make things better for each client, and we use that understanding to guide how we handle the case. This is the philosophy I had when I started my practice, and it has held strong as the team has grown and changed over the years. Looking ahead, I'm confident we will always be known to our clients as "the good guys."

"Every client matters to every person on our team."
How I came to practice law isn't nearly as important as how I actually practice it. What matters is that I am on my clients' side from the moment they come to our office, and I stand by them as I would for my own family. Every case represents someone's suffering, and that's not something I'm inclined to sit back and watch.
If you're curious what led me here, it started with a car wreck. When I was a kid, a young, inexperienced driver slid into our vehicle on an icy road, and my mother ended up paying the price. Her injuries still affect parts of her life today. I decided early on that I wanted to help people going through the same thing.
Accidents happen. I practice law in Minnesota, a no-fault state, so my focus isn't on punishing the at-fault party — it's on supporting the victim. My goal is always to help clients and their families get what they need to take care of themselves and move forward.
Saying that we offer personalized service is an understatement. Every client matters to every person on our team.
My practice focuses on the successful resolution of litigation matters, with an emphasis on insurance-related disputes. I've helped clients obtain results in personal injury, insurance disputes, products liability, and arbitration. If you have a legal concern in any of these areas, please don't hesitate to reach out.
Everyone's approach to dispute resolution is a little different. Mine is built around focused investigation, careful information gathering, and thorough preparation — giving my clients the strongest possible position. I routinely advise and represent clients through every stage of civil litigation, including initial claim investigation, discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial. Start to finish.
